Activities

The following activities will happen from 2:30-3:30. Tiebreaker participants may participate in Estimathon or Puzzle Hunt once tiebreakers finish. More activities may be added in the future.
Puzzle Hunt
(E102 and E103)
During his travels, Rupert the Raven followed the trail of glittering gems into the Mount Holly Mansion. We’ve lost contact, but strange scriptures in the mansion’s rooms seem to offer clues to his location. Unlike standard puzzles like crosswords and sudoku, our puzzle hunt features a wide variety of interesting mechanics. Each puzzle introduces new ideas and twists, requiring teamwork, intuition, and creative thinking. Can you navigate the mansion’s strange architecture, rescue Rupert, and find the fabled 10th room in this 9-roomed mansion?
Estimathon
(E104)
The Estimathon is a fun team-based contest merging math and trivia! You’ll attempt a number of Fermi problems, ranging from “Number of prime numbers less than 1 million” to “Top speed of an ostrich in miles per year.”
Plank Countdown
(E105)
Craving the thrill of the Mathcounts Countdown Round? Want to challenge both your mental math and core strength at the same time… while planking? If you're up for an exciting and fun experience, join us for our Plank Countdown tournament!
Trivia
(E106)
Put your math skills to the test with our brain-bending trivia! From symbols to spelling, mysteries to higher-level math, this challenge is perfect for puzzle lovers.
